About Ministries of Love

Lead with love. Practice peace. Serve with compassion.

Ministries of Love is a church rooted in love, unity, peace, and interfaith understanding. We help people learn about different religious traditions with humility and respect, so neighbors can move beyond assumptions, honor one another’s dignity, and live together in a more peaceful and loving way.

A Ministry Built Around Meaningful Moments

Ministries of Love exists to help people honor life's most meaningful moments with sincerity, compassion, and purpose. We also build bridges across faiths by creating room for honest questions, respectful learning, and relationships that replace assumptions with understanding. Whether someone is becoming ordained, celebrating a wedding, requesting support, or learning about a neighbor's beliefs, every part of our ministry is guided by the same message: love is meant to move.

The meaning behind our name. The name Ministries of Love carries a deliberate literary nod to George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four. Where Orwell's fictional Ministry of Love represents coercion and control, our ministry turns the idea toward its opposite: love freely chosen and expressed through compassion, dignity, peace, and service. For us, love becomes ministry only when it honors the freedom and humanity of every person.

Ordainment is more than a title. It is a calling to serve. At Ministries of Love, ordainment represents a sacred commitment to lead with compassion, honor love, and support others during life's most meaningful moments. Those who become ordained are stepping into a role of trust, service, and spiritual responsibility.

We welcome those who feel called to minister with kindness, support families, officiate ceremonies, encourage their communities, and bring peace into the lives of others. Through this calling, ordained ministers carry forward a message of love, unity, and hope wherever they are needed.

Ordainment

We help people step into the role of officiant with confidence, humility, and a heart for service. Ordainment is a commitment to stand with others in moments of love, blessing, celebration, and unity.

Community Outreach

Through outreach, we serve with compassion and bring people of different faiths and backgrounds together. Shared service and respectful education help reduce fear, correct misunderstandings, and turn peaceful coexistence into genuine community.

Wedding Support

A wedding is more than an event. It is a sacred beginning. We receive donated wedding items and repurpose them with care so one couple's celebration can become a blessing for another.

Let us live in harmony—not because we are all the same, but because every person is worthy of dignity, understanding, and love.

Unity makes room for difference. Peace begins when we learn to see one another clearly.
